Villain is 40/21 but only over 40 hands. Has seemed quite fishy though.
As played, letting villain bet into me and just calling seems best plan.
I don't think villain is double barrelling with 4x or 3x unless he's holding a set.
River --> call or raise for value? If villain seems a bit fishy can we get some thin value from AJ,AQ, KQ, KJ type hands?
