Should I have gone big on the turn here after his check? Didn't have any reads on the opponent (first hand of the session, never played him before).

Fold Preflop, there is no point of calling 4 bet with K10 offsuit.

Preflop 3bet is fine. Vs opponents 4bet this should be an easy fold.

Flop is probably a fold even with top-pair on this texture.

Turn would be an ok spot just to shove all-in, but ideally you should never have got this far into the hand.
