I think call here, I'd put him on suited connectors or a small PP at best, he may have hit a set but I think you have enough equity with top pair to call.

Hey Georgee92,

Preflop is fine.

Flop + Turn bets for value are fine.

River bet is ok. The only downside with small bet is that it may induce bluff-raises. I think you can potentially bet a bit larger (perhaps 22bb) or check/call and hope opponents value-owns himself with a worse pair.
