I'm not very good with short stack strategy. When you play with 50bb only you should play differently than when 100bb deep. Because the strategy is different and you probably are going to play 100bb games later, my recommendation would be to find games where you can play with that 100bb stack.

I think at NL2 these check raises are more often quite strong and the board isn't very drawy so maybe you could consider folding already OTF (with 100bb stacks I would call).
OTT you should either fold or shove imo. And I think it would be better to fold. If you call you will definitely be committed and you pretty much have to call OTR too.
