Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.01/$0.02 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BU$2.02:///////;SB$2.00:///////;BB$3.72:///////;MP2$2.04:///////;MP3 (Hero)$4.70:///////;CO$1.46:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q:c, Q:h.
MP2 folds, Hero raises to $0.06, 2 folds, SB raises to $0.20, BB folds, Hero calls $0.14.

Flop: ($0.42) A:s, 5:c, T:h (2 players)
SB bets $0.14, Hero calls $0.14.

Turn: ($0.7) 2:s (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

River: ($0.7) 7:d (2 players)
SB bets $0.76, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

Villain: 16/11 over 37 hands, SB 3bet 25.0 (4)

On the flop, on that small bet given his 3-bet in SB I think I should have raised? after he x turn I definitely think I have a value bet but his river line is really weird, either he was trying to induce me into raising on flop and turn or he made his set on the river otherwise I think it's just a bluff... is it worth calling river?

Hey Joey1toe,

Preflop defend is fine.

Not the greatest flop situation but I'd likely call given the small sizing. I doubt raising is good on this texture.

Turn I'd probably just put out a really small bet for protection/value which should also make the river play easier. Bet/check/bet line is not that frequently a bluff at these limits so probably fine to fold river. Bet turn would have mad the situation easier though.

What about b/f 1/2 pot turn to buy a low cost showdown?

You can expect a loose call with gutshot draws or lower pp?
