against an aggressive recreational i don't think you can fold, yes you'll lose sometimes, but that's the game. villain can have two pair and complete air that decides to fire on the "scary board".
vs a reg, the reg's bluff frequency with the limper should be pretty low, and they shouldn't have any worse value hands that ship the river.

Running the numbers you gave, Equilab has you at 75% equity on the river. It's a scary board, but even so it's a call on the river. Re-raising will put you in a tough spot because even against a crazy maniac fish, it's hard to call off there.

With these stats you just raise/broke flop. And expect Jh7d, Ac3c, K5, Q5o etc.

w K9 i would think twice about calling it off here... but only because K8 and K7 are better calls.

Exactly. You do that by raising.

Yep calling, calling and calling. You underrep the strenght of your hand so hard, so it is a call.
My guess is if when you beat you mostly beat vs sets of sixes. Al other value hands makes not a lot of sense.
