Villain does have a short stack but I'm not sure if we can conclude yet that he also hates money. Weak to pair is quite weak for 3 barreling. Normally I would just check behind. That river bet might be ok if we adjust based on the reads we have from villain, but I'm not sure if we can do that here.

Depending on villains range you can bet something like 5bb on river for example. Think about his range and try always to see what hands people show on showdown. If he calls midpairs on river vs. 50% pot cbet then go for it. If he folds these hands vs. 50% pot cb then you should choose a smaller size.
Observe the showdowns also if he plays against someone else then it will be much easier to estimate his range.

Agaisnt an unkown villain i would play a bit less agressive. 3 barreling here seems too much, IMO.

Pre ok.
Bet flop smaller, bet turn and check river would be my line.
You are just cutting-down your showdown value by triple barreling with a mid-strength made hand.

I like to 3 barreling when we are OOP. IP, i preffer to bet 2/3pot flop, 1/2pot turn e check river. Vilan will call 3 streets only with TP ou over pair.
