You see, mate, I am not talking to you, but to this guy, @jesusflorestz. But whatever...You raise OTF, how much , 3x? And if he 3bets, what then!? You will be happy about this!? Stack off with such a hand...Ok, he calls...You bet OTT, he go All in, what then!? "Happiness" :f_biggrin:.. OK, he calls again...And OTR he "donk-shove", with the rest of the money.
You have "the weakest strong hand" ...
If it were me, I either 3bet or fold preflop, (I tend to lean to the latter as for my preferred playing style)
anyway, as played, the only hands that beat you are A5, A6, 55, 66. Since you already have a 5 and a 6 I don't see him having those hands too often... I just think you will be missing out on a lot of value if you don't play this hand more aggressively.
I'm trying to understand why you say this hand is weak?
The way I see it (ofcourse this might be influenced because we know what hand villain has):
If villain does not hit his second pair on the river, I'm not sure he will 3 barrel. What I do know is, that he will call me down on those 3 streets when I take control and have a good bet sizing if he has TP good kicker. Same thing applies for a flushdraw.
Knowing that chances of him having a hand that beats me on the flop are slim, I don't see a a reason to just call....
