On monotone boards he has a lot of fold equity. I wouldn't put him on a good hand just because he cbets here. Maybe your best move would be to raise OTF.
As played I think you totally overplayed OTT. What is the point in raising big when even more hands get there? And against that turn 3bet you definitely should fold.

Horrible raise turn indeed, raising flop would have been less worse but not terrible either in my opinion, on that type of board you can't really do more than pot control and you just have to deal with it.

If not raised OTF, turn is awful card so better just to pot control. If you ship all-in overpairs with have about 34% equty against you. But also villain has all Axs flushes, QJ straights, and all sets. And hero is big dog against those hands

Pre. Calling the UTG raise with suited connectors here. Did you have a read the blinds were going to join in? Did you call UTG because he is deep (actually that would be an argument not to do so due to UTG weaker range and less implied odds)? What is the reason here? I usually only call one raise with pairs. Connectors hit the flop a lot less often than pocket pairs.
Mind you, I play a very exploitable game but at NL2 who effing cares?

None of hands, which continue playing after you raise there, is worse than yourse. Your 2 pairs are weak on this board and you should play them very, very carefuly. So, call the turn and if he bets again OTR, it´s fold.

Raising flop would be questionable, but not downright bad. I'd call.
