I feel I played this fine but feel I missed value by not raising bigger on the river. Any advice is appreciated.

You played it fine, but in PLO2 you can just pot the river. If you don't want to pot, raise it bigger. Opponent will fold all his weak hands and can pretty much only bluff catch you. You can raise it to about 1.50 so just do it.
If opponent bets bigger on the turn you have to fold as you have just 6 outs to nuts.
