Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.

Hi, very likely you have never been member of our club - your User ID is lower than our clubs user ID which is an indicator that your account is older than our club.
Nevertheless, once you are 180 days inactive in your current club, you can choose a new one - ours is ID 1199. You have 7 days from when you start the next login - which in your case could be your chance to join our club now!

the explanation is pretty simple - we always receive the rake report for the previous week on Mondays or Tuesday, you should then have the points for the week a day after.
On a side note, because it is a weekly report we split the points evenly across the 7 days (unless you are receiving below 7SP, in which case all points will be assigned for Monday)

Hello, I signed up via a QR code from bg.pokerstrategy.com . During registration it didn't ask for a club code to enter. When I entered the application, I realized that I am in the Bulgarian community club for freerolls and I do not have 50% rake back.
My ID is 734207. Can this be fixed and how?

Yes, I had downloaded the KKPoker software on the computer. But yesterday when I did the registration, I started from the beginning from the phone and I did the registration through the phone. Using a QR code ( https://bg.pokerstrategy.com/kkpoker/special-deal/ ) from pokerstrategy and from there it forwarded me to download the app and register. So while I was doing the account verification, I decided to check out the Club and Rake Back System.
Hi @AlmightyTT - I have conversed with KKPoker. Unfortunately they have recently started a closed marketing deal with the club you are currently in. Players signing up with Bulgarian IP are automatΓcally redirected to this club. This cannot be circumvented unless registering from outside Bulgaria.
As a result we are now taking KKPoker offline in Bulgaria as we can't guarantee any deals.
I have inquired with KKPoker to move you as an exception but have not heard back anything yet.

They still have a ladder you can grind, but i saw you were giving out fixed 50% rakeback as a club in some posts about KKpoker on the forum earlier.
