just looking over that list i can see so many times where your completely overplaying your hands, and raising where no worse hand is calling you, and no better hand is folding, my advice would be take all the hands you ve posted here and post them on the hand evaluation forums, the coachs will look through each hand properly and tell you where your going wrong

hand 1: fine

Calling an all in with flush draw(40 % chance to win at most considering overcards to opponents potential pair which he inevitably holds) is fine at that stakes? Please explain why do you think that was profitable play.Thank you.

50% to win against A7, and pocket pairs under TT. As it was he still had 45% equity, although the K on the flop would be enough for me to fold, especially since opponent 3bet pre, you'd expect to only have clubs as outs.

we raise flop because we want to fold out better hands like AK/AQ/whatever, maybe even some middle pockets.
once he shoves it kinda sucks but we're commited to calling it off because we only need 14.55/49.45 = ~29% equity which we are getting with FD. snapcall if we consider that our overcards may also work some % of the time

Your mixing up the hands. His talking about hand#1 JTs not the QTs hand and im JTs hand is played fined and good for your range to not only raising the nuts in that spot even tho it might be unnecessary on this limit.

hand #2 QTs hand on another hand is just a massive overplay and a no brainer fold. Best case scenario your up against a K which gives your 35% equity which is still slighly losing call given the pot odds at that point and thats the best case scanario. Worst case canario your against a set of KK and a the nutfd or Kxcc and you have 2% equity.

#3 call the turn. Once he continues betting this specific turn that should improve your range your best case scenario here is to get it in vs 2 pair. Your doing very bad against AQ,AK,KK,AA and sets. Its not like your getting called by AJ here so pretty much nothing worse is going to call you and nothing better will ever fold at this point.

#4 Call the river. Raising gets you no value and you never fold out and Ax. Your just lose an extra 7$ when he has a Q and an extra 50c to rake when he has an Ax.

#5 W/o specific reads you have to bet out the flop&turn. If there was some gameflow that made you take this line then fine other wise c/c c/r doesnt make any sense. You really cant afford the flop to get checked trough and see :spade: QKA.

#6 Why would you checkback the flop against fishes here? Thats just dumb and your missing a ton of value since the fish is going to check most of 1 pair hands to you on the turn so you get no value from your plan of raising the turn.
#7 This one is actually played fine. Not much you can do but get it in against the fish and be super happy about it. Getting it in against the reg would probably be bad since he should have a tight range in this spot.

#8 Not sure why this hand is here.

#9 Why would you bet/call the river. Only reason i see is that your missread the board and thought you have 2 pair.

#10 Your not running bad, your playing bad. You overplay hands and getting agro in spot you shouldn't be. Your value raising where there is not value. On the other hand your checking when there is value. You make a hand plan hoping for your opponent to bet when they infact are to passive to bet the hands you need them to bet if that makes sense.

No you do not only have to play the nuts and be a total nit. Just try playing a solid stlye and bet when there's value and fold when facing agression in forms of 3barreling and raising since players on those limit just dont bluff off enough and very rarely put there whole stack in the middle as a bluff.

The 1st hand is not ok at all.
The only way it would have any sense is if you mix it with QQ+ that you just flat pre (what almost no one do preflop blibat).
You exactly rep what you have at higher stakes you would get ship with bare overs just because of that.
I'd rather call flop and ship T vs 2nd barell to get 2 bets from his bluffs and I would be able to rep at least sth.
If he is bluffy call flop ship Turn you get 2 streets of value vs his bluffs that he barells. If he isn't bluffy and will just x/f T just flat the 227 and bet T or check back T and bet R to rep weak overpair.

Usually in these ugly situation i get when i have bad beats mixed with bad plays.Connected one-another is the worst thing in poker i think !

I play more tight lately.Maybe more than i should but definitely more than i used to.I am getting my bankroll back.Maybe i should try nit.But it 's not my style.I don't like it.

Thanks again !

This is textbook hand evaluation forum shit.

I would load up HEM or PT and try to relive the hands again. take into account table dynamics at the time and anything you can remember about your opponents as well as any notes you may have had on them to see where your thought process was coming from and why you justified your actions. look at each opponents stats individually and see where you were right/wrong. Is there any stat you overlooked/missed that couldve helped you during the hand? this is how i am going to approach all of my hand reviews from now on.

Instead of just posting hands post the most info you possibly can about the hand without saying whether you lost or won the hand and give as much info as you can about how you were playing at the time, how your opponents might have been perceiving your play as well as vise versa. thats the only true way a coach can accurately evaluate your hand. they also give better opinions then most of the members here on pokerstrategy including myself. no offence to anyone, just the coaches are here for a reason. use them.

I know all about tilt and running bad man. just keep analyzing and remember where you came from and what made you love this game and you will be ok.

Drop down a limit. NL 10 is super easy on everest. And stay there until you fix both your game and your tilt issues. Or sit down at my tables at nl 25 _biggrin:.

On a serious note you are playing your hands so wrong, raising for value where there is none, playing strong holdings passively against passive opponents and etc.

I didnt have the impression you had so many leaks from the tables we played together on. Saw a few very bad plays but attributed it to tilt. Also my impression of you was that you play an abc poker style, and one of my observations was that you play bad vs regs.

I hope this helps you and consider giving nl 10 a try at least untill you get your head straight.

Good luck!

No offense but how are you platinum while you have so much leaks postflop? ?(

Since alot of people already gave you feedback about postflop I highly recommend you to invest ALOT of time fixing them. Be it reading hand histories of other players, watching videos or buy/attend some coaching.
