I've already covered effective stack in another post so I'll skip that.

Re: I'm not shure what you mean. Do you mean that you sometimes let some posts sit longer so others can maybe join the discussion?

Exactly, plus it gives you time to actually think about the spot more and not get lazy and keep waiting for answers (although that still happens I see :))

I'll admit if i'm lazy. But I'm not lazy at all. Not even a little bit. It's just that i don't really have the sharpest brain in the world i guess. Usually when i ask you about something, it's because to see if what i thought was correct or that i don't get ANY further by thinking any more, that i have done all i can. And If you want to change your mind at any time about that i "don't got it". Just tell me, any time. I'm not mad or anything, just sayin' :)

Ok. Now i'm trying to completely wrap my head around cbet bluffs and i want to discuss something about it and see if my thoughts are in the right direction. Cbet bluffs heavily depends on the opponents range and board ofc. I want to try to establish good fundementals on cbet bluffs because i've experienced that i have a hard time playing when i'm trying to figure to cbet bluff or not so i want to be better at it. I have gave cbet bluffs much thoughts lately and here's my conclusion.

Against a good reg or one of the better at NL4 i could cbet bluff on AKx, AQx, AJx, ATx and Axx (since this is a big part of my raisingrange) AND wet boards since they would usually fold PP easily (at least i would be comfortable folding then) and skip cbetting on 228 boards since it is a big chance they would just float these flops with PP and A high hands.

Weak regs (too tight, rocks, nits)

I think i would go for cbet on all flops and if i see them float more with weak hands like A high and PP i would take a note and cbet bluff the same flops that i would do with the good regs.

Against the recreational player, fish, whales

This topic is the one i'm struggling with the most. What flops to cbet bluff on. Should i cbet bluff at all? It's hard for me to estimate what hands these players would float with. Like today, i saw a fish who floated with 9 high no draw on a T52r board, hits a 9 on the turn and bets pot . So to estimate what flops to cbet on against fish i would pay more attention to what kind of a fish they are, if they fold at all, when do they fold, if they fold etc. I haven't come up with a conclusion on this and i need your help if i'm gonna move on. It's hard to speak for all fish since someone could have 93%VPIP on 300 hands whereas other fish could have 35%VPIP on 300 hands. So i don't know exactly how to make a startingpoint. But lets say i have AK, i raise from UTG and a fish calls in BTN. Flop is 345r. So do i cbet here? I don't know really. Maybe he wouldn't fold any overcards at all like T9 just to hit a 9 or a T. If he doesn't fold any overcards, no pair no gutshot, nothing. Then i can't cbet bluff here right? But then again there's another thought that's coming up in my head. When he's calling everything, could i valuebet lighter then (with just A high)?

Another example:

If i raise with AK, flop is QJ2r. More would have folded here but the majority of his range would have actually hit. Only this would have folded(maybe not even that because of a backdoor):

K8s-K3s,T7s,97s-96s,84s+,73s+,63s+,53s+,43s,97o+,86o+,75o+,63o+,53o+,43o

Depending on the fish ofcourse but this is hard for me. I'm stuck here. This is as far as i can get.

Cbetting really comes down to a few things: position, player(s), board (board texture), our hand and of course that leads to hand reading. Putting villain on a range and assuming what he does with it.

So against regs you want to cbet boards where you are perceived strongest and they cannot continue with much, or if they continue and face another bet they have to fold a lot.

Vs fish it's simple. Don't bluff without equity, don't bluff much OOP, valuebet thin. Of course there are fish that fold to cbets in which case you can bluff the same as you would regs.

And of course you can valuebet lighter with A high like betting AK on 942 when he's a station.

The other thing to keep in mind is that a bluff cbet has to work only a % of the time. So take an example with actual bet sizes and ranges and run them through (like the last example you gave but with more info such as villains overall range vs range that can fold/call/raise, stack sizes, bet sizes, etc.)

or if they continue and face another bet they have to fold a lot.

When considering a 2nd barrel against a reg. Do you think i should look at his fold to turn cbet stat before doing it? So if he has a 40% "fold to cbet" and a 80% "fold to turn cbet i should barrel two times on a Jxxxr and if he has a 60% "fold to cbet" and 40% "fold to turn cbet" i shouldn't 2nd barrel because he most likely has it?

don't bluff much OOP

Where can i bluff OOP against fish and where shouldn't i bluff OOP?

The other thing to keep in mind is that a bluff cbet has to work only a % of the time. So take an example with actual bet sizes and ranges and run them through (like the last example you gave but with more info such as villains overall range vs range that can fold/call/raise, stack sizes, bet sizes, etc.)

Do you mean that i should put him on a range, board and estimate how much of his range would have folded and if it is less than 33% i should check??

Btw. I haven't study much lately since done some research on myself actually. I think i might have ADD (attention deficit disorder). I feel like i study very hard without much reward. I also think i should have been a much more advanced player than i should have been by now and i think you might agree on that. I feel like my potential is very limited. I can't think too deeply even when i know what to think of. Like my thoughts won't rech as far as i want. I also have a very bad memory so i don't remember too good what i've learned. And all these are symptoms on ADD. Anyway, if i have it (which i'm pretty shure i have), it's gonna be interesting to see if any medication would boost my potential :)

Fold to turn cbet is important if you have a sample on it.

But if let's say it's 40% and it shows (5) next to it then it's useless. BEcause that says it's 2 cases of 5 that he folded so it's not a sample.

Re: bluff oop

You do realize that question is as broad as it gets. You can't actually answer something like that without writing a book. You obviously have to account for many variables before you do that like in any other spot.

Re: bluff has to work %

Of course, that's exactly what you should do. You estimate how his range hits the board and see if you have the FE.

Unfortunately I am not a doctor nor am I familiar with ADD so I can't really say much in that area. I hope that either way you are able to overcome the difficulties you have and with hard work anything is possible.
