Most interesting hand!

Hi guys,
Today , i want to discuss about one interesting hand.
I was playing live poker on 25/50 table.
I had poket 77 in HJack position.( there was one climped before me)
So i raised to 250.
The button called, big blind called and the climper called.
There was 1000 in the pot.( 4 players)
The magic flop: 444
One player checked, i bet 500 , the button called and 2 players folded.
The turn came: 444 2
I continue betting 1000 ( half pot side)
He thought for a while and called.
The river : 444 2 10 ( pot :4000)
I checked .
He jamed all in 4000 immediately without thinking.
I folded and he did not show his cards.
Question is : did he bluff or he had the 4?
Tips: He played loose( called so many hands) and aggressive!
Last game he called with 43 suit.
My thought is : if he didnot has 4 why did he call the turn ?
If he had 4 why did he goes allin in the river? ( with huge money 4000 same with the pot ). Likely, he did not want me to call and his action was fast without thinking.
Please help!
Thank you so much.

That’s a tough spot without any info about the player, but it’s suspicious for sure he’s shoving without thinking. If he had a strong hand you should expect he would think twice before he’s pushing. I expect he’s bluffing most of the time based on this, but as cash game fish and someone that doesn’t play live it could be a wrong assumption of me.

Cheers,

or he was trying to act like he was bluffing.
Really really tough pot.

That’s possible as well. Therefore you need some live tells on the moment he’s making this move.

How comfortable he’s sitting on the table after shoving for example.
Off course you can fake that as well, but that’s tough for most players.

It is a pretty basic call to make. U do not get to fold with no reads in this spot.

Why is no one thinking that instead of a 4 he may have had a higher pocket pair?
With a limper and raiser before him , he could have been trapping with KK, AA
It may be better to raise these hands, but we don't know that he would/wouldn't
or even 88/99 hoping for trips and like you think full house is great.

he was aggressive player so i dont think he will trap me with higher pokets pair.
And there were 4 players in the hand.
