I confirm that the file is indeed a trainer of PLO hand strength evaluation that uses ProPokerTools rankings.
^ Now that the voting has closed and the menu has been inserted into the first post, the date in that post needs to be changed from March 23 to April 20!
Also, please note that the blind structure in PLO Spins has changed tonight - the starting stacks are now 50 bb but there are now antes that are 30% of the bb! 
The new structure definitely encourages VPIP'ing from any position, though it's still preferable to fold weak hands in the SB in 3-max if BB is LAG.
Surprisingly, NLHE Spins still have the same blind structure as yesterday, with no antes at all

It's 3-handed and the antes together should be an additional bb. If you want to add antes there were only two other options. 10% or 20%. So the decision was can you open with 3.9x; 4.3x or 4.7x. Maybe the question should rather be - do we want antes for Zoom PLO5 and upwards? Where PLO5 would have a 1¢ ante.

And don't worry, you're not going to be the only broadcaster to cover this topic - I'm going to play a few PLO Spins on next Wednesday's (21:00 CET) Collin Moshman coaching anyway - his audience might disapprove of this, but it looks like Collin himself would like to see these games. So there will likely be two points of view on them - yours (as a long-time PLO pro) and mine (as a regfish who however likes to think outside the box).

Sorry, folks - I mistyped the time of the show in the Twitch chat of the Buffet - it's at 21:00 CET on Wed the 26th, not 22:00. It's so easy to confuse time zones when they're only 1 hour apart.
The Buffet was great, sorry again for wasting your time on the coverage of Spin & Gos. It looks like I'm a slightly losing player in those yet because, for mental reasons, I can't help herocalling recreationals' bets even when I have a correct feeling that my hand is beat too often. Anyway, I hope that my thoughts about the format during the live play provide you with a fresh alternative view on it.
