hand import is not working anymore.
I followed this guide https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4/site-configuration/888-poker-configuration-guide without success.
It used to work before, but after recent updates of PT4 and 888Poker client, it doesn't work anymore.
Has anyone else encountered it and found a solution?

While there was a recent issue with the HUD on 888 that didn't affect hand importing so can you please report this to us in a Support Ticket with a log file that has recorded what's going on:

I found out that there was an error during import. This is the log:
2021/01/04 20:38:01.360 [52919]: [- Main -][ImportStatus] Error: 888 Poker: Unable to locate player cards (Hand #1421612594)So I looked at the hand history file and found out that the hand notation is partly in German:

Dealt to monteCarlol [ 7Herz, 8Herz ]I assumed that PT4 can't understand this and changed the client's language to English which fixed the problem.
Very weird.
888 used to have quite a few import errors, but lately it has been much better
