How would you recommend playing this hand? Should I have pushed straight away instead of limping and should I have called the BB's push?

Shoving before SB action is a line I would choose. We are putting pressure to UTG and CO who are just limping and even when SB or BB calls we are most likely to be at a coinflip situations when losing 9bb doesnt hurt your stack so much

You've got to call once SB has shoved and it has folded round to you. You're getting good odds and your hand is doing well vs a lot of his range, even a strong range like 77+,A9s+,KJs+,ATo+,KQo you have 41% equity, although I think he is shoving looser than this a lot of the time. I think a straight shove is good though, you definitely don't want to limp in this spot, as you'll be playing a multiway pot with a very small pocket pair, which means your hand is reduced to set mining and you don't have the needed potential amount of chips to win.

I aree with angalius. Shove isthe best play, call the blind and call the push from the SB is the second best. Just calling is also protecting in case UTG limped high pocket pair.

Hi all,

Shove here. We're playing on 15bb deep (deepest player still with cards is UTG with 14.9bb) and we have a great hand to shove with. As played certainly call the all-in.
