I would assume that he close to never has the flush here since he probably cbets a BDFD OTF when he is raising UTG, and the SPPs also seem pretty unlikely since these are usually hands that people cbet on these kind of boards.
So then there are just some weirdly played Jx that are left in his range that he could take this line for value with. So call it off?
