The SB is more likely to be unknown, only few hands on him.

After his peel on the flop the Turn card is hidous. Question is do I should just surrender my hand or try to bluff him out of his Qx or some pp and play bet/fold?

Your play was quite optimal. Consider his range on the Flop. 8x is rarely in his range. That would be a reason to bet but i think he does have some Qx combos like AQ QT QJ, a lot of single flushdraws, sometimes Kx that he wants to checkraise the turn with and made flush is possible as well. Most of his hands have you beat. If he does have AJ AT with no flushdraw i think he'll check the river again. And it's questionable whether he folds Qx with no flush on the turn or if he's peeling again and deciding on the river what to do. I'd assume that he calls Qx at least once more. So there is actually no foldequity and if he bets the river, you don't beat enough hands but Preflop is just a call, not a 3bet!
