No worries, tradimo is the right place to start learning more about trading. It is created as an unique step by step guide and...well, you will see yourself. 
About starting capital: it is not as easy as in poker, when you can build your bankroll from 50 bucks, but it is not so bad as it seems. In Forex for example, you can start with micro lots, which takes few hundred bucks.
Posts offered by tradimo differ a lot. You can apply for non-paid voluntary moderator (this also has pretty decent benefits though), part-time paid freelancer or full-time employee. You don´t have to know much about trading if you want to apply (with exception of coach post obv), but you have to be willing to learn and help others
