I hope you won this hand, I think your hand is good all the way :P

With so many people in the pot and only QT beating you on the flop, I would have played this hand more agressively. I think by you capping the flop you have initiative into the turn, (this is not a major issue due to the 4 players calling a cap anyway.)

By betting out on the turn you can often get more money into the pot, but if you knew that MP was going to bet then a check/raise would be better. This would stop the other two players having to call two bets cold and you would keep both in the pot for at least the first bet. You bet to protect your hand. Even if you are behind to QT you have got 10 outs still to a winner. The King, a Jack, a 9, or a 2 are all winners over the straight.

On this river a value bet should be made. I believe MP could make this same play with two pair or a smaller set. Overplayed AA is also a possibility.

(looking back at my post: betting on the turn to cause a gutshot straight to fold to a 2-bet may be a better course of action.) I hope I was of some help.

I agree with Chazza here.
Capping the flop is needed. Once for value and for protection as well.
If your bet on the turn gets raised you should start worring about a straight. But as this is only one hand (QT) you should 3-bet here. You are ahead often enough and even if not you have, as Chazza mentioned, still 10 good outs to improve.
Check/raising is no option for me as a check behind would be bad for us (value and protectionwise). On the river only the value loss aspect is given anymore but in a 4-way pot the chance that the aggressor start worring about his hand (and is checking instead of betting) is just to high.
