BUT is a good reg. I'm not sure how to continue here on the turn, but I'm pretty sure the line I took is way too weak. His f23bet is on the lower end (48%), and his f2cbet in a 3b pot is really low as well, so his range is quite wide still. This board hits his range quite well because he will have a lot of middling hands. However I have a gutshot+2 potential overs so I decide to cbet. With this low of a f2cbet should I just keep firing with my gutshot? What about the river?

I am definitely just 3 barreling this board. He has so many weak pairs that he will fold by the river and even some of his strong hands he can fold to a 3barrel. Think in his shoes if he has KQ and you jam river, it will be tough for him to call and that hand is towards the top of his range. I also think some 2 pairs you don't have to worry about because he will jam turn over your 2barrel. So the 3 barrel is quite easy because I think his turn flatting range is weaker in general (more towards bluff catchers).

I would reconsider 3 barreling if we have aggro history in 3bet pots because his plan would be to snap me down with any pair. But without any history I think regs will not want to hero-call 1 pair in a 3bet pot to 3 barrels.

why are we 3betting preflop.

i prefer just calling here. am i doing a mistake? not sure about this one.

Because we have a pure valuehand and we will have initiative postflop.
