Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A Q
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, 2 folds, SB calls $0.65, BB raises to $3, Hero calls $2.25, SB folds

Flop: ($6.75) 3 8 A (2 players)
BB bets $5, Hero calls $5

Turn: ($16.75) 4 (2 players)
BB bets $12, Hero???

The villian is a 18/14/6.7/32 (VPIP/PFR/3bet/AGG%)

I decided to call and play IP AQs. On the flop it is a call, even with that lare bet, I think. And now on the turn? I think I am only winnig to a pure bluff.

Hello,

Pre looks good. Flop is good. Turn, you split with AQ, lose to AK and win vs all bluffs. Don't really see how you can fold this on the turn vs a regular. I'd just shove over his turn bet given he left so little behind.
