BTN: $77.73 (155.5 bb)
SB: $20.40 (40.8 bb)
BB: $63.98 (128 bb)
UTG: $88.66 (177.3 bb)
MP: $50 (100 bb) Unknown.
Hero (CO): $61.42 (122.8 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q♠ Q♥
UTG folds, MP raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1.50, 3 folds

Flop: ($3.75) 5♦ Q♦ 6♣ (2 players)
MP bets $3, Hero calls $3

Turn: ($9.75) 8♥ (2 players)
MP bets $7, Hero raises to $17.50, MP folds

Max value line here post-flop ?? Cause he TANK-folded ... Looked like he has a very strong range here, so I decided to raise OTT to get some value ... Or should I have slowplayed till the river ?

I would agree with raising lower sets but with top set you just block way too many made hand combos from his range. So I actually prefer just calling Turn and then calling river.

Unless you are squarely putting him on a draw which would often bet/call the Turn. Then raising becomes a much more attractive option.
