BB is a rec. A tigth rec player.
Super small sample over the huge stack, but looks decent.
I know this is a easy fold, if i recall correctly, i just instant folded. But, where is the fine balance? Can i call 1/3 combos of 33, and maybe all 88 here?

I know i should maybe raise flop as default. But the flop is so dry, you agree in its okay to peel 1 card?
On the turn, im not really sure i can fold to the raise, because of that small donk, so the raise could just as easy be 2pair, AA KK etc.
But when the huge stack 4b shoves, can i fold 33 here?
Can i EVER fold 88 here? Lets say im 1500bb deep vs a 1500bb stack aswell.

Hey Martinemem,

Preflop call is fine.

It's fine to slowplay flop on this texture, we don't have to play aggressively.

Turn call vs UTG+2's raise is fine with the intention of just calling down. UTG+2's line is very strong and we can no longer raise for value especially when deep. AFter BB 3bets and UTG+2 jams while deep we can fold bottom set here.

Will it ever be possible to fold 88 here? If we say he dont shove, but just over raise to like 300 bb, and we are like 1000bb deep?

Yeah, even as it stands there is a decent possibility opponent is not taking this line without JJ.

However if we hold 88 it's possible opponent was slowplaying flop with 22 so we will need to stack more frequently holding 88 compared to 22.
