Please disable your firewall, the firewall is blocking PokerTracker 4's access to our servers.
Next please download PokerTracker 4.10.9 once again, and run the installer. You will not need to uninstall - just run the installer again. When you Run PT4, the files should be downloaded automatically, if they are still blocked please visit our website and submit a support ticket by clicking Support > Contact US.
