hi,

pre flop - if hes opening wide enough in the SB, this can be a 3bet for value. this becomes a 3bet when hes opening >50%. maybe 45%, around there.

flop - the small bet size here induces a raise more often, so his c/r range here consists alot more draws than usual, although its on a dryer board.call of course.

turn - this is a good card for us, hes now representing a very narrow range of hands, mainly 33 88 JJ which we have blockers to the J and now the 3 makes it very unlikely. i guess from here we are probably calling most rivers too.

river - yep call. our hand is at the top end of our range. while this card connects with his drawing range, there are also enough worse hands that can still bet here, example 9T trying to bluff(although this hand should check) or 79 or random bluffs.
