i don't think so.

When you call the Turn it's pretty obv you have KX 3way so a small bet size is best.

Should i cbet flop for thin value with plan to check turn call river on safe cards? What about OOP like CO vs BU and BB? Also HU IP and OOP.

If you could please explain when it is ok to bet 2streets for thin value instead checking flop?

it's close between two options.

Here your hand is not very vulnerable and board is on the drier side so giving a free card is fine

One of them is a fish so that might be a solid argument for betting
