Hi!

Villain is 13/11/2.5 in 550 hands
Cold call 7
Fold cbet 50
Fold cbet 3bet pot 0
Bet when missed cbet 60

I'm using the cold call stat instead of the call 3bet in this case since the low 3bet (should been bigger) and the good odds to call, is that ok?

I wouldn't use the cold call stat. That stat refers to someone calling 1 raise.

This is already a multiway pot with a 3-bet in it. So villain is cold calling a 3-bet. And even though the size is smaller his range should still be given some respect especially as he is nitty.

So, as played what do you see his range being for calling preflop? I can only see AQ/AK/JJ+ at best.

So we really don't have much to go on and unless you expect hands like JJ to bluff you can't call down.
