he would need to turn showdown hands into bluff, and since he is tight (which would be nonsense in this spot since you have also air range on river), so I would snap fold

Imo that would be hard overplay. You are ahead of 7 combos KQ and 2 combo KTs.
If you would be BU, would you call with KQ? the river card favors 3bettor a lot, because
almost all draws hit, also hand like JT, JQ, is likely not bluffing river. So what can KQ hope to win against? Ok maybe villian doesnt think much and snap calls TPGK, but he is tight preflop plus he folds just too much on flop and river over large sample, which would hardly make +EV bet on river. Imo maybe small bet on river is best.

I think we don't have 3-streets of value here and we can safely x/f the river in most cases.

It can't hurt to check the bet-vs-missed-river-cbet in 3b pots if we have the sample, but in general he's folding too much on the flop meaning he is going to have a tighter than average river range in the first place.
