I would of done the same. CO would have a pretty big range here and would normally be folding.

I'd just have checked. CO knows that the short stacked SB will most likely go all-in and that your stack also allows many pushes, so i can't imagine him being empty handed here. The hands are not enough to really look at the stats here, 13 hands is pretty much nothing. 22 is a bit on the edge, i think it is still "OK" to push here but not a move that awards you any trophy, you'll often run into situations where you lose with this hand...

CO is opening wide I would think, SB has 1bb so CO is essentially BTN. You should have a decent amount of fold equity with 12bbs, not tons, but some. I'm certainly shoving too in this spot.
