Is there any method behind your jumping between stakes? Looking back over a few of your updates there seems to be a trend of moving up to a session at NL50 after taking a loss at NL25. What BRM are you employing? I am not preaching, merely interested - I do think that in some BR building challenges, moving up and down stakes a lot can be justified but it would require solid planning and the discipline to stick to it.

Didn't expect to be participating in forum, when I registered 5 years ago.
About stakes: I was playing NL50 whole last year, so it's a usual stake for my BR. But this year I wanted to change my playstyle a bit, tried to keep up the good red line - so NL25 is like my test zone 
Also it's good as a warm-up.

Yesterday's results may not fully show how tilting the day was. Can't remember last time I lost so many times with AA (out of 10 times postflop - lost 6), or nuts turning rubbish on the river. I play Zoom for couple of years now, and got used to all kinds of bad runs, but it still finds ways to surprise me 
I tilted off a couple of sessions, but overall I'm glad I managed to keep it together most of the time

Today's goal: to play tighter and see how it goes (yesterday played almost 37/32).
Yesterday was quite interesting - after lunch Pokerstars did some update with NL25 and HUD stopped working (only in that limit), so most of the time there were only fishes (regulars didn't want to play without HUD). I actually thought that's a goldmine and played there anyway. Had some troubles adjusting at first, and had one bad session. But in the evening, just played value based poker against fishes and it was all good

I am playing at way lower stakes and I am obviously not taking it as seriously as you (just yet?) but from my perspective first of all, as a less skilled player I like some of your plays and I think you are definitely not a bad player.
And apart from that let me say something that has been said all along again and again: when you judge your own plays don't be result oriented! I didn't check all your 'session mistakes' out, but some of them weren't mistakes imo, like when your queen high flush ran into a king high flush. These things happen. Just because you made a loss it doesn't mean it is a leak in your game, you're playing poker, not chess.
Just today I flopped top set with my kings on a 7hKhJs board and both of my opponents decided to shove, one with 98h and the other with bottom set. Little did they know that they ran into a monster - but I can see both guys' line of reasoning (well... more or less, not saying that the guy with the flush draw should have called the 77 shove but you get the idea)
Hi, SRwtf, I remember that hand, I think we can find there a fold sometimes. Also I probably put that hand there, just mostly to show how frustrating session was. Other hands I show, are usually actual mistakes.

Hand of a day: Lucky river ( 5♦:7♦: )
Ok, as promised, I've collected a bunch of successful bluffs. I'll try to explain my thinking process with each bluff.
3BET POTS:
- A♥:K♥: - I was thinking, how would I play with AA in this hand, so just did the same as a bluff. Also his turn bet was quite weak, even more reason to shove;
- J♦:7♦: - risky, but rewarding. Villain flat calls a 3bet (AK, AQ, TT-QQ?) and wants to protect his hand on the turn. Since we are deep and multiway, I make it really hard for him to call;
- 9♥:8♣: - it was "one and done" type of player, and it was a very dry board for him to represent anything, so I just pretended to have a pair of K's and made a smallish bet on the river;
- A♦:T♦: - one of my favorite spots to reraise regulars. Flop was great for a villain to bluff (so I pretended to have a K or a flush draw, hoping he'd stop on the turn). He continued quite weak on the turn (like some thin protection), so I had a plan to reraise small on the turn and make a huge river bet;
- 5♥:5♣: - I wasn't very happy with this bluff and didn't represent much, but his weak turn bet induced me (and we were deep, really hard for him to call anything);
- A♣:9♦: - simply perfect card to shove the river (K was actually the only suitable card for a third barrel);
- A♠:6♠: - again, played it the same way as AA (against a loose aggressive villain). Although it's a bit spewy
THREE BARREL AGAINST FISHY PLAYERS:
- T♥:8♣: - fishy players love to play suited cards, and call their draws passively, so usually it's a good spot for a small third barrel against their busted draws (you won't bluff out their pairs anyway, so just make it small);
- 6♥:5♥: - perfect turn and river cards to bluff out anything he had;
- K♦:2♦: - sometimes they'd get their flush here (quite often weak players would donk the flush), but most of the time this turn and river would be really scary for their pair of T's.
GOOD SPOTS FOR TURN RERAISE:
- Q♦:T♦: - if he had anything good on the flop (especially flush draw), he wouldn't skip the cbet. And his turn bet is really weak, we could even bluff him of a K (probably turn bet would be bigger, if he had one) with a big bet on the river;
- A♣:T♠: - quite similar, if he had a strong top pair (or even better), he'd continue on a wet board for protection (especially having position);
- Q♠:8♠: - this one actually wasn't a very good bluff (more observant villain would know, that I would cbet all my strong hands on a wet board).
OTHER GOOD SPOTS:
- J♦:9♣: - thought it's a good spot to float against "one and done" player. Also I like to donk when a virtual flush comes on the turn (usually requires a huge bet on the river also), works like charm;
- 9♠:T♠: - I was most of the time behind, decided to turn my hand into a bluff (if he had a flush, or some other monster, he would have continued the turn. He probably wanted to play top pair more careful).

89o - wp! its pretty hard to float OOP with no equity but i guess you have a solid read on villain..
55 - i dont think how i can bluff the river after villain called on the turn but what a great river bluff this is. I guess that is why i can never make it to NL50 lol. It would be anightmare to have you on my left! haha!
