So my session started by losing three stacks to river 2-4 outers + more assorted bs. Then this happens.

PokerStars - $0.05 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players

BTN: $6.92 (VPIP: 30.30, PFR: 28.79, 3Bet Preflop: 17.24, Hands: 67)
Hero (SB): $6.39
BB: $3.01 (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 4)
MP: $5.36 (VPIP: 25.00, PFR: 17.86, 3Bet Preflop: 9.09, Hands: 57)

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has Q♥ A♦

fold, MP raises to $0.15, fold, BTN calls $0.15, Hero calls $0.13, BB calls $0.10

Flop: ($0.60, 4 players) Q♠ T♦ 5♥
Hero bets $0.43, fold, fold, BTN calls $0.43

Turn: ($1.46, 2 players) Q♣
Hero bets $0.70, BTN raises to $2.70, fold

BTN wins $2.74

Pre-flop: don't squeeze here as I'm OOP and would hate to get called. Just playing fit/fold since horrible session.

Flop: bet for information/value/protection.

Turn: bet for value obviously. Then this russian raises me. From my experience, they usually have air or the nuts. In this case, I just don't see him ever having a bluff considering how I played this hand. Horrible fold considering I'm only beat by TT, 55, QT? Then again, I only beat QJ or KQ, maybe Q9 in rare cases.

PF is fine
In the flop you are not betting for information, this kind of bet don't exist. You are betting for value.
In the turn he may have worst in his value raise range like QK or the other AQ, and he looks like an aggro monkey pre, so its not unheard that he doing that with JT here since he don't want to call this hand anymore.
I think the fold is bad. I don't like the shove too, so you should call turn and maybe, just maybe hero fold a K in the river.

By the way, vs the range that you gave (TT,55,KQs,Q9s+,KQo,Q9o+) you are 55% ahead.

Squeeze preflop with this hand.
Do not fold.

Squeeze preflop for value. You may get two folds and easy money. You say you don't like playing it OOP, but how's playing in a 3 way pot OOP any easier? Flop is perfect, on turn I shove hoping to get called by a worse Q most of the time, or get him to fold his semi-bluffs (or even better, a call).
