I think this is not good to raise UTG, the suitedness is nice but it never ever flops top two or better i think and with the wheel straight i will be never happy to get the money in. So this is a fold UTG. Then flop good, two pair plus flush draw so i raise it just pot to get the most fold equity. Never gonna happen of course.... So i bet slightly pot again for value and semi-drawing. Planning to check fold river unimproved. Happy to see showdown.

PF seems terrible,

F i d rather x/c, many ppl overstab once in these positions, not getting called too light vs this sizing also (if betting i prefer betting smaller) ,
T i dont understand ur bet at all, u fold out dominated draws and tp and dont let ur opp to semibluff draws. x/c imo clearly.
after u x/c OTT u can turn ur hand to bluff OTR vs some more competent, depending on his sizing tho, but i d prefer having A3TT with Td. AQJx will be a decent part of opps range, with which he ll hate life. many of ur AKJT types should play in this fashion (smaller bet OTF tho, eq protection there is not so important for these positions)
