I would play it same way. On river I will call a reasonable bet. There are missed draws small pocket pair or 7x that may try to steal the pot.

Looks well played to me against the big stack to take a passive approach.
I don’t think he will check 2 streets with better than TT.
So I would consider to make a thin value bet on the river.

I don't think he checks better than TT on the turn with that board unless he's planning to x/r the turn. I'd bet/ fold the turn and check behind on the river. That way you're charging draws on the turn and protecting your hand. If you are going to check the turn to induce a bluff on the river and he checks, I'd definitely value bet it.

Is anyone 3 bet getting it in pre flop here? 25 bb in a 5 seated game seems like a spot where I would be getting it in with TT. There are not many boards we are going to love with TT

Problem with 3 betting is that you need to fold on a 4bet, because in a STT 3 players get paid and than you don’t want to gamble with TT as 2nd in chips against the chip leader. If it was a winner take all game based on Cev (Chip expected value) alone it’s indeed a easy stack off, but based on $EV it’s a easy fold with a 50/30/20 structure here if you 3 bet and he 4 bets shoved here.
