The villain is 75/0 from 21 hands, a bit on the maniac side. 67% fold to cbet, Afq: 43.5%

My question is if I could find the fold button OTT. I know that double barreling 99 here is a bit optimistic, but judging by his playing style and the fact that he plays almost every hand, I thought that it's OK vs this opponent.

Here you need to be good 32 % to call. I think here he has way more often 6x than FDs or hand like 88. Probably the correct is to fold since I don't expect passive fish to push draws. Probably the high Afq is due to the small sample, and he has hit the board in the previous hands 3-4 times.

bet turn smaller and fold vs the raise. Much more better hands than hands you beat there.

Yup, I think 6x is the worst hand he does this for value with. You'll also see 57 and 44 a lot.
