Squeeze.
With the possibility of playing mw I prefer squeezing.

I think you could even go with a 4bet.
OTF I would lead.
OTT your bet size looks small.
OTR I see many bluffs possible. He is basically telling you he has TT and I'm not quite sure if we should believe him. Your line looks weak and you might be easy target for bluffs.

Flop is a bet. To see why, try to count how many combinations have some sort of straight draw. After that, I'd not place much more money in the pot. Turn bet is (as played) a mistake. River is a fold. The board just came out horribly. If he bluffs, well, you can't catch all bluffs. This is a bluff you shouldn't try to catch.

Flop is a cbet mw. We do not want the flop to be checked.
As played we should stay on the passive side.
River is a fold.

Even if I see some bluffs possible OTR I still think we should fold here. We can't catch every single bluff. But check flop, bet small turn and check river again looks so weak that I might stab villain always OTR if he plays like that.

..., and our range is capped. I'd call given reads, but not without them. He has something since he called turn. If this "something" can win a showdown, it is probably not bluffing. You have busted backdoor flush draws to catch, and that's about it.

Not calling this river on this horrible board.
Stabbing is not for me either.

There is heavy action pre-flop. Hero is OOP for the rest of the hand.
As played Hero's SPR is 2.3. This is favourable for toppair hands. In two bets Hero could be all-in. But does he want that with the shown action pre-flop?

Hero's remaining stack is on the flop 73bb with a pot of 40bb. Check-raising all-in is possible. H checks and V = bet say 2/3 of the pot (27bb), which becomes 67 bb. Hero's raise is then 73bb - 27bb is 46bb for BTN to call in a 140bb pot. BTN's pot odds are 140 to 46 or 25%. MP's pot odds are 137bb tp 43bb or 23%.
Donking all-in is a massive overbet where villains shouldn't make a mistake on.
Donking gives away some of hero's handstrength so worse hands shouldn't call often enough.

IMO Hero must choose pre-flop between folding or 4-betting.
Folding gives away much equity.
4-betting to say 40bb gives Hero the initiative on the flop. The potsize will be at least 86bb. Therefore Hero could CBet all-in on this flop.
