OTF It seems like a pretty passive opponent who calls with many so I wasn't sure it was a spot for cbetting. If he protects with a more or less reasonable range of about 25%-30% then we are about 50% equity against it. Anyway his passiveness don't give us much FE I think that is why we check more often here.
OTT it was a mistake not to bet for value when we hit a QQ coz KK and tens would have most likely bet for protection and value here.
OTR we don't really want to bet when the fd got there and there are not many worse hands which could pay us.

I would argue for a bet OTR given his lack of aggression. Possible to bluff him into folding TP and small flushes since it's more common to c/c draws in early stage, and your range is likely to include nut flush. Not sure if I'm being too positive here.

Top pairs and flushes never fold OTR at such spots especially with that potsize)

A thin value bet on the river would be a good option as well. I don't see much stronger hands that would check 3 streets here.

At these stakes people rarely fold TP, even on a straighty / flushy board like this one.
I think you can bet OTT, surely a K or T would lead the turn? If he calls you can improve on the river to nut full house or nut straight
