June 12th/16 ( .10/.25 no limit hold'em)

I'm 2nd to act; $38.77 stack

My Cards:8♠:7♠:

Pre Flop;

First to act raises; $1.25

I and 2 others behind me call

4 handed going to flop

Flop; A♠:8♦:7♥: Pot: $5.00

First to act bets $3.25

I and 2 others call

Turn: 7♦: Pot: $18

First to act shoves for $37.57 more

I fold along with everyone behind me and he takes the $18 pot

What should i do in this situation?

I have 7's full of 8's

Does he have the aces? Does he have 8? A,7 possible, straight/flush draw?

I moved this to our hand discussion board. It will get more views there.

I think you should be raising on the flop.
I think UTG doesn't usually open raise A7 and that is very much blocked. Only hand that beats you is 88. Why did you fold a full house?

fold pre. as played i get the vibes that utg is a fishy player and so you should be more inclined to call

We cannot fold a FH here. We should get it in OTT. Indeed, flop was a raise for me in a mw pot.

On a 5x raise pre-flop of him it’s a clear fold for me as well. As played I would try to stack of the flop with a small raise and I would call his all-inn on the turn as well. I don’t think it’s too likely he would over shove with a full house here I think.

Go broke, if you're beat, it's a cooler, folding full houses in a spot like this is terrible. Can't be afraid of losing, it's doomed to happen at some point regardless how "good" you play.

Edit: Like other say: should be raising flop 3 way, you don't want T9,JT,65 get a free chance to draw out on you and someone with a good hand is never folding.
