Flop: (15.6 BB, 2 players) 9♠ 4♣ Q♦
BB bets 9.8 BB, fold

BB wins 15 BB

Called this preflop because so deep. Hopefully in position its ok to call suited aces that deep to get nut flush.

On the flop I might be wrong by folding backdoor nut FD.

But I am not sure about sizings. I guess standard sizings become bigger when deep, so his cbet size might not necesarilly mean value.

If I call and hit FD and he 2nd barrels like 2/3, what do I do? If I call, and hit flush on river, that might be too obvious and he could x/f. So maybe I should raise turn then?

IMO this hand is much better to 4-bet bluff.

why fold preflop when we are deep? How you widen up call 3bet range in this spot deep?

It is okay played. Some open suited rages from UTG and if that can be done, we can surely call a 3-bet IP when deep. T b h (I'm a sicko), I like these spots very much with many cards, and there's no way I am folding or raising preflop. But then, as should be emphasized, I am a sicko that likes postflop play IP when deep.
