Rebooting my poker hobby

So it was a pretty disappointing week.

While I was happy with my live play on Tuesday, my Thursday session at the casino was disappointing.
Felt very card dead and booked a 2 BI loss. Self-examination afterwards leads me to think that I went on minor bored tilt and I should have dealt with that by changing tables or ending the session early.

Online was actually a lot worse. Early in the week, I had a really bad session and ended up 3 BIs down; essentially losing all of my profit since I started the challenge but later in the week I got back online and clawed back 1 of those BIs with better play.

Anyway, online stats for the week:

Yesterday, I managed to play my longest session in a while and I am afraid it didn't go so well.

I booked a 4 BI loss.
On the upside, I didn't feel tilted afterwards but I do admit I do feel like my confidence is shaken (and yes I am aware that is tilt too).

Anyway, after sleeping on it, I have decided to posted a few of the more nasty hands in the forum to get a different perspective and I review some more post flop articles/videos cause I feel like that is where my greatest weakness is right now. (folding too early and too late; not getting paid and generally feeling a little lost sometimes).

I think I am getting used to the "swings". It really is one thing to know that there will be swings and that earning the default small number BB/hour means big wins and almost as big losses.
