Hello, any input on this hand would be very appreciated. I don't really like the way I played it, but can't really get my head around what I should have done differently.

Main Villain (MP1) has been involved in every big hand since coming to the table and seems loose (but not fishy), also seems very "sticky" (meaning that I don't think I can get him off his hand by a 4Bet) and he seems to not want to fold even if he doesn't hit against a CBet.

I decided not to 4Bet, because I perceived it as very likely that I will get called and will have to deal with a Villain who won't fold to a CBet OOP in a bloated pot.

Also worth mentioning is that when in one of the previous hands Villain had a monster, he bet much bigger on every street (pot size on each).

I don't think I should raise the turn here, as only hands that crush me continue and worse hands (like AQo he turned out to have) often fold. Should I fold OTR against this Villain? :f_confused:

With your hand you can squeeze for value preflop. You don't mind them folding but you are not afraid if someone calls.
On river what hands do you beat?

Villain kinda min 3bets a minraise pre. You have a strong hand but I'm not sure if you want to play it OOP multiway. I think 4betting is slightly better. As nitrol said, you are not that afraid of villain calling :)

I think calling flop and turn is reasonable. I wouldn't raise turn either.
OTR his 3barrel on this board looks strong. But the sizing is only half pot and it is hard to give him credit because stats show he likes to barrel aggressively and you have a read that he bets big with good hands.

This seems like an interesting 4bet spot I think, but as played it’s I think difficult to continue when the 3better is betting in 2 players. It would be weird if he’s doing this with a random Ax hand.

Fold flop.

You have a pair draw in a 3-way 3-bet pot out of position getting insufficient odds to draw at that pair and you are, in addition, in a squeeze. There are no implied odds, only reverse implied odds. Check-calling with overcards and no draws is disastrous enough against one opponent. Versus two it is cataclysmic.

If this seems hard to understand, then consider that you did hit that A. Still you don't want to call that river bet that would nearly give you the right implied odds to call in the first place.

You actually have to min-check-raise river and get called by a worse hand in order to motivate that flop call.

Thanks everyone for the input. The "hero" call OTR was bad, but after seeing Villain barrelling all the time, I got caught up in thinking that I should call him down lighter. I should have probably 4Bet preflop, but I was afraid that I won't be able to get Villain off the hand if I don't hit and he will pick it up by his aggression.

Thinking about it, what you wrote actually makes a lot of sense Yohan. The call OTF was in my mind based mainly on the Villain, as it seems that he will CBet almost any flop with any two cards and I didn't want to give up that easily. Then I am also not giving up OTT, as I hit the top pair. Actually, weirdly enough, I even think that I could fold this sometimes preflop if I don't decide to 4Bet it, because it is just so hard to win the pot and not get caught up in a bad situation OOP against a Villain this aggressive.

You are right about that we have to defend some. A check should not imply a fold to a bet. But against two, such concerns are much less important, and I don't think you can make a very big mistake by ignoring bluffing and bluff catching all together when multiway. I don't recommend totally ignoring possible bluffs, but you probably see what I mean.

4bet pre. He doesnt fold to 4bets? 4bet half your stack. xD
As played - fold flop. You are in a sandwich and there really arent that many turns you can continue on.
