Pre-flop I would most likely raise a little bit more against a big stack, because now I expect he will call with almost any hand now. As played his flop raise is tricky, but with top pair I couldn’t fold ether with the flush draws that he could have. The turn I would stack off after his turn bet with 2 pair for protection against his draws and value against his Kx hands. If you call you could end up in an ugly river spot when the flush draw will arrive for example.

Another argument is that there are a lot of rivers that could kill the action (like this A or any heart for a hand like KQ or KJ / like no heart on the river for his flushdraws)
