Sorry to read that you are having a problem with your bonus. I would suggest opening a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
You should take a moment or two to Introduce yourself! to us properly.

I also have this problem, I'm waiting since saturday. It's shows me everytime your money are on the way bla bla in 48hours bla and nothing comes. And what is this "ticket"???

A "ticket" is when you open up a case with Pokerstrategy's customer support. Like metalmonkey said, simply go to the Help section on the homepage and scroll down, you should find an option that says "Write a ticket". Just tell them what happened, they should have all the info you need.

Well, if you insist -- the problem is that in order to have your account deleted, you still must create a customer support ticket (go to bottom of that page and click the + sign beside "Open a new ticket").
I'm guessing that by the time that your ticket is created and processed it won't be necessary.

so it seems they really lie, I did not receive any bonus, the "ticket" doesn't brought any result, nobody responded to my emails. I received only few spams "make deposit for 10$ to play for 50$" or this msg "make deposit for 10 and receive 40"!?!? and what comes there - make deposit for 10, play poker for 10 and play casino for 30???? It seems that this is also a bullshits, there is now 50$ bonus! If u deposit 10 u will receive only 10 for poker....
