Check fold would be the worst option imo. I would bet small to get some value from weaker 9x, 7x or some pocket pairs and fold vs a raise.

Sounds good betting between 0.1 to 0.15 and fold to a raise

Bet 1/3 of the pot to.get valie from worse 9 and from 7. Fold to a raise.
