I have moved your hand to our tournament hand discussion forum, because it’s fits better there.

Seems like a good spot to 3bet shove on the big SB raise. I expect you have a lot of fold equity and if you make a normal 3bet you invest almost 1/3 of your remaining stack.
The rest of the hand seems all right. I don’t think a loose passive player would bet 2 streets with less than top pair.
