Im quite often in this kind of spot and Im not so sure what is the optimal strategy. I decide to cbet to make him fold all his missed hands. He would call me here either with an A, draw or some JJ, TT?

I was planning to bet 1/3 OTF and then bet big OTT. However this T opens another draw, gives him possible set or 2pairs so Im ready to give up.

However he checked behind OTT and it tells me that he doesnt have anything strong. I bet 1/3 to get some value from a weaker hand that he called flop with and to make him fold his air. He could bluff here with his missed FD if I checked and that would bring me into a tough spot so betting by myself is better.
