Open raiser stats is 18 VPIP and 12 PFR. Is it right to push here or no?

The CO is on the tight side, but with 99 you should be still in front against his opening range and you have also a decent amount of fold equity. I would shove here as well. It’s to bad you run in to the top of his range based on info in spoiler.
