AA 3bet pot, turn villain push all in, hero call/fold?

Villain played 900 hands, 16/11, wtsd 32, wonsd 48, pre flop fold 3bet 31, fold to fold in 3bet pot 10! Net win +34BB/100.

I thinked villain beats me, QQ, 1010, or Q10, but i did not let this pot, because 3 time when i had got AA i lost, i guess why not 4. times.

Not sure why he would shove the turn. You beat now all 2 pair combo's and a 7x hand isn't to likely and I would call his shove as well without any specific reads on him. Most sets like QQ would 4bet pre-flop I think.

NL5 lot of nitty players just call ip QQ against 3bet pre flop.

I would call villain shoving QQ TT doesn't make any sense.This line makes sense for more vulnerable hands trying to protect and draws.
