Busted early with TPTK- played badly!

Basically main questions in these sort of spots are:

1: What is villain value range and do you beat and/or block any of it?

2: What sort of semibluffs villain can have?

In general if opponent is decent he should not be value raising any weaker hand. Some recreational player might overvalue hands like KJ, QJ but for most those are calling hands. Its also sort of weird flop to raise anything for UTG+1 but if he wants to have one then value hands could be 44, 77 and JJ. KK+ would likely 3bet pre and QQ is probably possible but that should also be calling hand on flop. As semibluff hands some 89s, 9Ts with backdoor flush draw would make sense.

So if we think villain has range like above so some of sets as value and some gutshot draws with backdoor flush draw then we can pretty much say that 3betting anything on flop doesnt really make sense. If we do have hand like AJ or QQ+ it will be more of bluff catcher and if we happen to have like JJ we probably want to keep that also in calling range so we have clear stack off hands in calling range. We also allow villain to continue possible bluffing this way.

Also fact that pot it 3way should make your cbet bit stronger and villain has also BU to worry about so as default I would probably just give up flop. Hand itself is not bad to call either as we do block JJ and dont block any of possible semibluffs. But I would be bit worried about villain having enough semibluff combos to continue and our hand wont really improve versus his likely value range. Unless it comes like J and A. This is not really spot where most opponents will find those light raises if they have raise range.

Anyway if you do continue just call and never ever 3bet.

Unfortunatly i wasn't playin' my A game (couple hands earlier i was in set over set situation) i made a huge mistake by 3beting on the flop.
So i made it 5500 and he thinks for couple of
seconds, then shoves his remaining stack ~15 000..I eventually called of for my remaining stack, big mistake.I didn't think he had overpairs in his range and i think that this player wont be raising with set on such a dry board.
Too bad that i didn't have KK or AA in this spot, as he sets a trap with just calling preflop with QQ.I don't improve and he doubles up.
